Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

condition.

Custom or bulk orders may not be eligible for returns unless
defective.
Return Process

Contact our support team or the salesman who handled your order directly
to initiate a return.
- Provide order details and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the product back to our warehouse using the provided
instructions.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned foldable crates, we will process a refund
or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will
be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Clearance or final sale items.
